Looking for a quick and simple tricep workout? Try this:  - Cable tricep press down with a short bar  - Dumbbell overhead extensions - Bent over side tricep press down on cable machine - Dumbbell hammer curl
Go for 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps for maintaining your figure. 3-4 sets of 4-6 reps for building muscle. Or 3-4 sets of 15-20 for toning down.
